Joan Dannucci (née Campbell), born on March 4, 1931, in Paterson, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2024, in Florida at the age of 93.
Joan graduated from Trenton State College with a degree in Music Education and dedicated her life to sharing her love of music. She was a gifted piano teacher and served as a church organist for over 60 years. Joan and her husband often provided music for weddings and funeral services, bringing comfort and joy to many through their talents.
In addition to her musical contributions, Joan was an avid baker and a skilled seamstress who loved sewing, knitting, quilting, and cooking. She also gave back to her community as a volunteer scout leader, embodying a spirit of service throughout her life.
Joan was married to Joseph Dannucci for 67 wonderful years. Together, they built a life filled with love and shared passions. Before moving to Florida in 2023, Joan lived in New Jersey and Virginia.
She is survived by her son, Keith Dannucci of Florida; her daughter Pamela Imbimbo and son-in-law Donald Imbimbo of New Jersey; two grandchildren; and three great-granddaughters.
Joan was predeceased by her husband Joseph; her sons Gregory Dannucci and Robert Dannucci; and her sisters Ruth Potter and Jean Smith.
Joan’s legacy of kindness, creativity, and dedication will be cherished by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those she leaves behind.
