Leonard D. Colosuonno

It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that the family of Leonard D. Colosuonno shares the news of his passing on July 23, 2023. Dad passed away peacefully at age 84 at HCA Bayonet Point Hospital. He was the husband of Phyllis D. Colosuonno.  They shared 60 years of marriage together. Father of Danielle Siemion and Denise Agostinacchio. Father-in-law to Michael Agostinacchio and Steven R. Siemion.  Grandfather of Marc Agostinacchio, Brianna Agostinacchio and Isabella Siemion. 

Our hearts are completely broken, I can’t even put into words to say this. We will always and forever be your little girl's daddy. May you Rest in Peace and fly with the angels. You are now with all of your brothers, sister, your mom and dad and all our family that are in heaven and friends that are our family. I know you have been waiting to see your brothers. You fought for years, heart attack, strokes, cancer, dementia but Covid was hard for you. You are not suffering anymore and you are at peace. There are no words how much we will all miss you. You were the best daddy! Me and Denise were blessed for you! You will live on through us in our memories together because we had so many! Play those doo wops and we will sing them together with you looking down at us! You were the best Papa and Isabella adored you. My mom is heartbroken and is grandchildren are pained by his passing, especially Marc who was his buddy. My dad was my mom’s best friend; they loved each other so much. My dad was loved so very much but he has been sick for years and no he is at peace. I love you so much dad! Denise, Mom, Mike, Steve, Marc, Brianna and Isabella will be with you always. Our dad does not have to fight anymore and we am at peace with that but we will all miss him so much.

On Sunday, July 30th viewing for family and friends open to all who knew him from 1pm-5pm at Prevatt Funeral Home. 

On Monday, July 31st there will be a prayer service mass at Saint Michael The Archangel Catholic Church at 11am for family and friends open to all who know him.  

Followed by a private immediate family burial at Bushnell National Cemetery in Bushnell Florida.
