Rosa Maria Medina

Rosa Maria Medina, 70, of Ponce, Puerto Rico, left this world July 3rd, 2021. She passed away in the company of her Eldest Granddaughter and Son-in-law. She was battling heart disease and she gave us more time than expected. She was a devoted loving Sister, Aunt, Mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her house was always the center of family get-togethers. Rebecca and Yesenia are her only daughters. They were able to give her the everlasting love of being a grandmother. She was a lucky Grandmother; she has a total of 9 Grandkids and 9 Great grandkids. Can you talk about a big family? Her son-in-law, Juan Cruz and her shared a beautiful bond. She would always make sure he had his coffee and breakfast in the morning (crackers with butter). She was always smiling. Every time we would get together it was nonstop laughs, jokes, and just overall fun. We now know and understand she is in a better place and will be deeply missed. She will always be remembered as Mom, Wela, Grandma, Vieja, My love, and Lela. We love and miss her deeply and will continue to celebrate her life from here on out. We are doing a small and intimate viewing just so the family can say their goodbyes. She is survived by her Daughters, Rebecca Diaz and Yesenia Feliciano. Her 9 grandchildren, Joseph Medina, Jasmin Rodriguez, Jeremy Medina, Kayla Feliciano, Krystal Feliciano, Jordan Medina, Manuel Ortiz, Jada Cruz, and Alexandra Martinez and her 9 great grandchildren, Leilani Medina, Elijah Medina, Jacob Torres, Alivia Medina, Joah Martinez, Ethan Olan, Leezani Rodriguez, Jolanie Medina, Ava Torres. Her sister Fela and Brother Julio, and a countless number of nephews and nieces.
