Susan King

Susan R. King, 60, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at her residence in Port Richey, FL. 

Susan was born in Clarksburg, WV.  She is the daughter of Betty Clifton King and the late Gene King, and the granddaughter of the late Archie and Virginia Lynch King and the late Elizabeth and Carl Clifton. She is survived by her mother, Betty Clifton King of Clarksburg, WV, and two sisters, Siobhan King, of Lafayette, CO, and Lorraine Hall, of Newport News, VA.

Susan was a graduate of Liberty High School, in Clarksburg, WV, and Concord University, in Athens, WV.  She also attended West Virginia University, in Morgantown, WV. She was a job coach and mental health case manager at BayCare Behavioral Health FACT Team in New Port Richey, FL for over 25 years.  

Susan was a voracious reader with a quick wit and a kind heart as well as a lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan.  

There are no plans for a service.  In lieu of flowers, please contribute to any local hospice organization.
