Barbara L Davis of New Port Richey passed away on November 1, 2019. She was born in Charleston, WV and is survived by her son Jeffery Taylor, daughter Amber Cunningham, broth Colin Newhouse and sister Charla Drake. She will be laid to rest back home in West Virginia.
